Joe’s Test Kitchen, Vol 1

Share and Comment

After much anticipation, longing, and requests from my legions of fans I did it.  It is time for Joe’s Test Kitchen.  I am gonna be taking an idea I come up with and cooking it up and see how it comes out.  So take a look below, carve out a few minutes where you can view and study the video away from any distractions and watch the magic happen:

After having some more time to think about the outcome I know this can be improved upon. It tasted good but it wasn’t great.  I think the bacon ratio needs to be higher, somehow figure out how to get the syrup inside, and maybe a couple more modifications.  I guess I would give it a 6.5 out of 10 at the moment but I think I can get it up to 8 or 8.5 with some tweaks.  Leave a comment and let me know what you think.

That looks delicious! I think I might try those in the next couple of days. I'll let you know how it goes in our kitchen. I tried a pb bacon banana sandwich recently and was underwhelmed, but the grape jelly and fried biscuit dough might help it along nicely.
